Thirty years ago, the House of Peace opened its doors as a community for refugees of war in companionship with people with disabilities. Over those thirty years, rarely have we done special fundraising outside of our winter newsletter. But recently, many of our supporters have asked how they can help in these challenging times...and we have a special request! The chimney of our abode, the Nathaniel Rogers Manse built in 1727, is in need of significant repair. Please consider donating any amount, large or small, to help us make these repairs and continue to bring warmth to all who seek refuge and comfort in the house.
